We are so excited that we are able to continue to bring teams to Europe to experience the most elite hockey, plus an unforgettable cultural experience in a beautiful region of Europe - Bratislava, Slovakia! Now we are excited to invite you to join us on this amazing trip in 2025!!

The girls are extremely fortunate and we are excited that Ryan Coole, head coach and GM or Northern Elite Hockey (MN) has agreed to be our head coach for the U18s in Bratislava! He will be joined by a female professional player, TBD based on summer schedules with USA Hockey/Hockey Canada!

The PIP tours are led by experienced travel and hockey professionals with over a decade of experience providing world-class tour experiences for players and families. Each team will have a native speaking guided tour throughout the entire trip in Slovakia!

$2395 Per Passenger Land Package

Event: 2025 World Selects Invitational Trophy U18
● U18 WSI - Bratislava
○ Tournament Dates: July 30-August 2
○ Tour Dates: July 27-Aug 3, 2025
(North America departure date is July 27; overnight flight arriving July 28th) 

Land Package Inclusions:

● Team and Individual participation fees in the WSI Event (5 game guarantee) plus play-offs
● Pre-tournament practice & scrimmage
● 6 Nights Hotel Accommodations in Bratislava, Slovakia
● All Motor Coach transfers for all games, practices/exhibitions & tour events (as needed).
● Meals (Players & Coaches Only):
○ 3 Lunches for Players & Coaches
● Meals (Players, Coaches & Guests):
○ Breakfast Daily for players and guests
○ 2 Group Dinners - Welcome Dinner & Opening Ceremony Banquet Dinner
● Opening Ceremony Celebration for all players, families & guests
● Practice and Exhibition Game prior to tournament opening games.
● Guided Tours (Players, Coaches & Guests):
○ Old Town City Tour Bratislava & Castle Tour

NOTE: In order to register a guest, they must first be listed as a "family member" on your account. When you go to your dashboard, you can ADD FAMILY MEMBER. 

Payment Schedule:
Upon registration approval - A minimum $500 deposit per passenger
Apr 1st - $750 progress payment due per passenger
May 1st - $750 progress payment due per passenger
June 1st - Balance due per passenger
You can make progress payments as often as you like!

PIP does not charge any credit card fees and encourages families to pay by credit card for your own security. We also recommend every family purchase traveller's insurance to cover you should you need to cancel after the cancelation deadline or need medical assistance in Europe.

Tour/Event Cancellation Policy: If WHG cancels the WSIT tournament or PIP no longer plans to send teams for any reason, 100% of the money paid will be refunded. If the event is postponed due to unforeseen reasons (natural catastrophe, pandemic, etc.), 100% of the money will be applied to the rescheduled dates. 

Player Cancellation Policy: After April 1st, if the participant cancels, the tour is non-refundable (except as otherwise stated if the tour is cancelled). If for any reason, you need to cancel, we will work with you to provide credit and/or refund minus a $500 cancellation fee per passenger. However, after April 1st, if the tour is proceeding, there will be no refunds for cancellation. Again, we highly recommend each family purchase traveller's insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances (to include injury or illness).

All passengers must abide by the entry requirements for the European Union and the country where we will be traveling. Cost for meeting these requirements is borne by the traveller.

AIRFARE IS NOT INCLUDED in the land package price.
