We are so excited that we are able to continue to bring teams to Europe to experience elite hockey, plus an unforgettable cultural experience in a beautiful region of Europe - Paris, France! Now we are excited to invite you to join us on this amazing trip in July!!

The PIP tours are led by experienced travel and hockey professionals with over a decade of experience providing world-class tour experiences for players and families. 

We have two amazing coaches for this trip: Vancouver Goldeneyes Head Coach, Cara Morey and Jamie Lundmark, 8-year NHL veteran and former NCAA Princeton University Asst. Coach. Cara brings over 15 years of NCAA coaching experience as well. What an exciting opportunity to have a PWHL head coach on the bench with our girls!

$2875 Per Passenger Land Package (based on double or triple occupancy) - Single room upgrade fee is $700 USD total
Note: A family of 4 will be assigned two rooms.

○ Tournament Dates: July 28-31, 2027
○ Tour Dates: July 23 - August 1, 2027

North America departure date is July 23; overnight flight arriving July 24. Depart Paris on August 1. Passengers will fly to and from CDG airport.

Land Package Inclusions:
● Team and Individual participation fees (5 game guarantee) plus play-offs
● 8 Nights Hotel Accommodations at 4-star Hotels in Paris and Meudon (suburb of Paris)
● 1 Motor Coach transport to/from airport 
● Motor Coach transfers for all games, practices/exhibitions & tour events (as needed).
● Meals (Players & Coaches Only): 3 Lunches for Players & Coaches
● Meals (Players, Coaches & Guests): European Buffet Breakfast Daily for players and guests, 2 Group Dinners - Welcome Dinner & Seine River Dinner Cruise, 1 Opening Ceremony Banquet Dinner
● Opening Ceremony Celebration for all players, families & guests
● Practice and Exhibition Game prior to tournament opening games.
● Guided Tours (Players, Coaches & Guests): Louvre Museum Excursion, Eiffel Tower, Champs-Elylsees Walking Tour, Seine River Cruise

NOTE: In order to register a guest, they must first be listed as a "family member" on your account. When you go to your dashboard, you can ADD FAMILY MEMBER.  If you are arriving early or staying late and need hotel nights added to your reservation, please let me know.

Payment Schedule:
Upon registration approval - A minimum $500 deposit per passenger
Dec 1st - $500 progress payment due per passenger
Feb 1st - $500 progress payment due per passenger
April 1st - $500 progress payment due per passenger
June 1st - $500 progress payment due per passenger
July 1st - Balance due per passenger
You can make progress payments as often as you like!
PIP does not charge any credit card fees and encourages families to pay by credit card for your own security. We also recommend every family purchase traveller's insurance to cover you should you need to cancel after the cancellation deadline or need medical assistance in Europe.

Tour/Event Cancellation Policy: If WHG cancels the tournament or PIP no longer plans to send teams for any reason, 100% of the money paid will be refunded. If the event is postponed due to unforeseen reasons (natural catastrophe, pandemic, etc.), 100% of the money will be applied to the rescheduled dates. 
Player Cancellation Policy: After April 1st, if the participant cancels, the tour is non-refundable (except as otherwise stated if the tour is cancelled). If for any reason, you need to cancel, we will work with you to provide credit and/or refund minus a $500 cancellation fee per passenger. However, after April 1st, if the tour is proceeding, there will be no refunds for cancellation. Again, we highly recommend each family purchase traveller's insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances (to include injury or illness).

All passengers must abide by the entry requirements for the European Union and the country where we will be traveling. Cost for meeting these requirements is borne by the traveller. AIRFARE IS NOT INCLUDED in the land package price.
